Jennifer Longnion
Founder and Chief OrganizationOfficer
See & Free Consulting

An unorthodox executive, Jenn leverages her 28 years of expertise to help build and scale organizational capabilities so organizations may accelerate their growth. Her clients have anointed her “The Org Whisperer” for her ability to walk into any org - at any stage - and quickly assess what’s happening, what’s needed, then figure out how to galvanize everyone to achieve their goals. In her own words, she sees and frees what’s possible - even when it is seemingly impossible.

Jenn spent most of her career as an Organization Development leader in multiple organizations, from academia to large Corporations, including Best Buy, Motorola, and The Coca-Cola Company. In the last several years, she was an executive at unicorn fast-growth companies, first Dollar Shave Club, Inc as COO and as Chief Impact Officer at Silicon-Valley based Flexport, Inc.

Over the years, she’s built a reputation for common-sense solutions fueled by the following:

  • Sitting at the Exec Table and in the proverbial “hot seat”- making and living with the decisions she’s made - while building, fixing, and scaling various businesses. She knows the pressures business leaders face because she is one.

  • Expertise leading teams through strategic planning - setting the organization’s aspiration and the steps for achieving it - often pushing for strategy, prioritization, and execution where there is little reverence or appetite for it.

  • Capability building - equipping organizations to deliver on their Vision with the talent, technology, and ways of working required to be successful.

  • A strong foundation in culture and change - ensuring congruence between the "outside" consumer experience and the "inside" team experience in a learn-fast, fail-fast environment

  • Hands-on leadership of massive transformation efforts - whether it be an ERP implementation, org-wide restructure, the institutionalization of new processes, or shaping a team intervention - spending a lot of her career trying to fix the "big, slow, and broken."

  • Experience on both sides of M&A efforts - often leading some portion of due diligence and integration

  • 1000's of hours coaching C-Suite executives and leadership teams towards personal and group breakthroughs as well as how to successfully scale the business - regardless of the phase of growth or organizational maturity
